Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

TalentCru is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts on a cradle-to-grave basis, including assessing funding applications, technical assessments, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess funding applications and technical assessments to ensure financial soundness and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and communication.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their competencies and skills.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Manage and optimize deals to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and contribute to meeting industry development goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of related experience, with 4 years in deal assessment and closing transactions.
  • Knowledge of the civil society sector and experience in assessing associated issues in transactions.
  • Competent in coaching and mentoring team members and experience in interpretation and analysis of financial statements.
  • Financial acumen, risk identification and mitigation, and stakeholder management skills.
