The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

### Job Description
As a Strategic Account Development Lead at TalentCru, you will be responsible for managing key accounts on a cradle-to-grave basis, including assessing funding applications, technical assessments, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation. You will work closely with internal departments, SBUs, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless processes and excellent client service.

### Required Skills and Qualifications
#### Qualifications
* Minimum: Relevant commercial or technical honors degree
* Preferred: CA (SA) / MBA

#### Experience
* 5-7 years related experience, with 4 years in deal assessment and closing transactions
* Knowledge of the civil society sector
* Ability to assess and mitigate associated issues in transactions (Legal, risks, etc.)
* Experience in interpreting and analyzing financial statements
* Competent in coaching and mentoring team members

#### Technical/Functional Competencies
