Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Service Solutions.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our luxury retail clients in South Africa.
Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and increase brand loyalty.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in luxury retail sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will also need to have a deep understanding of the luxury retail market in South Africa and be able to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will need to be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Additionally, you will need to have a clear criminal history and be willing to travel as required.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be around R600,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
