Requirements
- A Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
- +5 years of experience in Account Management/Business Development in the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Previous experience in the packaging manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong technical interest and curiosity with the willingness to become a technical expert/partner for the customers
- Excellent communication, negotiations, and interpersonal skills
- A results-driven attitude with a strong passion for sales
- Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing
