National Key Account Manager
Salary: R 70,000 - R 80,000 CTC
Location: Gauteng (Please only apply if you live in Gauteng)
The Legends Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Key Account Manager to help us continue our growth trajectory in the health supplement industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts to increase sales and profitability for the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account satisfaction and customer success.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth across national markets.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay informed and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant data to senior management.
- Meet and exceed national sales targets and other performance metrics.
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and execution in retail environments.
- Provide product training for merchandisers and vitamin managers in retail settings.
- Maintain and develop relationships within the pharmacy, wholesale, retail, and cash-and-carry markets.
- Lead new business development initiatives in the FMCG sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management or sales within the supplement industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets on a national scale.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Well-presented and articulate individual.
