We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team at AJ Personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to unlock new sales opportunities.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to optimize performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and support sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales with at least 5 years in key account management or sales management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferable.
