Key Account Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Key Account Relationship Manager to join our team at Standard Bank Group. As a Key Account Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with Senior Partners/Directors of Attorney firms and vendors.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for these stakeholders, addressing any areas that may negatively impact the performance of the Registration department and Home Loans as a whole.
Responsibilities- Initiate and maintain relationships with Senior Partners/Directors of Attorney firms and vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for these stakeholders.
- Address areas that may negatively impact the performance of the Registration department and Home Loans as a whole.
- Evaluate and ensure that attorneys' facilities are in place and updated.
- Arrange meetings and workshops to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Matured individual with a Matric qualification.
- Degree or Diploma in property and conveyancing law.
- Up to 5 years of experience within Home loans.
- Proven leadership and people management record.
- Thorough knowledge of the Code of Banking Practice.
- Solid understanding of Home Loans and the Registration process.
- A good understanding of banking principles, procedures, processes, services, and products.
- Knowledge of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act.
- Familiarity with systems such as OS2Home Loan ApplicationE4IntranetSAPCustomer 1st.
- Able to adopt practical approaches to problem-solving.
- Effective articulation of information.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong directing skills.
- Excellent examination and exploration skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Planning and decision-making skills.
