Key Account Specialist

Prostaff Holdings is seeking a skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and managing key account customers selling rigid plastic packaging products into the food and beverage, agriculture, and related industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop sales and marketing strategies for sales territories.
- Drive sales budgets, forecasts, and yearly sales targets.
- Manage sales forecasting and operational planning processes.
- Obtain market share according to the company's strategy.
- Manage and oversee all contracts and agreements with customers and distributors.
- Assist quality and operations in ensuring customer complaint reporting processes are adhered to.
- Generate and present sales reports to senior management.
- Initiate new business projects and optimize product implementation to maximize profit.
- Manage and negotiate pricing with customers.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
