Key Account Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team at Aim Personnel Services.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing key customer relationships and driving business growth through strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with key customers and stakeholders to drive mutual success
- Negotiate and manage contracts, promotions, and other commercial agreements
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
- At least 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
