About the Opportunity

Fancourt, a premier golfing and leisure destination in South Africa's Garden Route, is seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to join our flagship Italian restaurant.

Job Description

This exciting role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations. Responsibilities include food preparation, presentation, and management of inventory, as well as contributing to the development of new revenue streams and assisting with menu writing and trend research.

Requirements
  • A minimum qualification of Grade 12 or equivalent and formal chefs training
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Demi Chef in a 4*/5* environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and physical fitness required
