Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Time Personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience working in a fast-paced administration environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their administrative career to the next level. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless workflow.
The role involves:
- Providing a warm and welcoming introduction to clients
- Assisting with quotes, invoices, and digital marketing initiatives
- Managing employee loans, fines, and uniforms
- Coordinating staff travel and accommodations
- Maintaining accurate records of staff attendance and training
- Preparing and disseminating regular newsletters to staff
- Managing petty cash and reconciling financial transactions
- Filing and scanning documents as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Matriculation or higher qualification
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Salary: R280,000 - R360,000 per annum
