As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling confidential information, and providing administrative support to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Diploma in Personal Assistant or Secretary certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Must be able to work independently
  • High pressure environment
