About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient running of the office. Key responsibilities include planning and coordination of information to optimize workflow procedures, handling FICA allocations, and providing administrative support to the Head of Department.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require 2-5 years of secretarial and administration experience, with a focus on MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage. You must also possess strong interpersonal skills, good ethics, integrity, and a high level of professionalism.
