Welcome to Ann Swann Personnel, where we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator Intern to join our team. As an Administrative Support Coordinator Intern, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and assisting with various tasks related to the reception area.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A relevant diploma or degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field is essential, and additional coursework or exposure to SHEQ/Health and Safety is highly advantageous.

Some of your key responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, managing calls, maintaining a professional reception area, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, providing administrative support, including correspondence management, filing, and meeting coordination, coordinating meeting schedules, and preparing meeting rooms.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be required to assist with SHEQ/health and safety tasks such as maintaining records, participating in audits, and supporting awareness initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to gain valuable experience in an administrative role while developing their skills and knowledge in areas such as office administration, customer service, and health and safety.
