We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide support to our Directors.

About the Role:
- Assist the Directors in managing their schedules and priorities
- Handle correspondence and communication with staff and stakeholders effectively
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas with precision
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and meetings efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in hospitality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in fostering positive relationships within the team and clients
- Familiarity with hospitality industry operations is a plus
Estimated Salary Range: R20,000 - R30,000 per annum
