  • Handle correspondence and communication with staff and stakeholders effectively
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas with precision
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and meetings efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in hospitality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in fostering positive relationships within the team and clients
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry operations is a plus

Estimated Salary Range: R20,000 - R30,000 per annum
