Administrative Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Finance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably as a Finance Assistant.
- They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- A strong understanding of financial software, such as Xero and MS Office, is essential.
- Data entry and record-keeping: Accurately enter and maintain financial records, ensuring all transactions are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Communication: Respond promptly to client and internal queries, providing clear and concise information as required.
- Scheduling meetings: Organize and schedule meetings with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Cash flow management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of debts.
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
- Excellent PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Xero and other financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
