About the Job

This Administrative Operations Coordinator role involves managing the day-to-day administrative functions of our factory. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to effectively communicate with team members.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Administer and maintain accurate records of fuel and diesel usage.
  2. Develop and submit regular management reports to stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate invoicing, returns, and stock receipt processes.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Identify and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma or Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Remuneration

The salary range for this position is R550,000 - R750,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
