Sales Performance Specialist

Serving as the face of Kencorp to internal and external partners, fostering strong relationships, and driving performance through informed decision-making.
Core Functions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and building rapport with existing and prospective customers
- Supply management with regular updates on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
Requirements
- Related tertiary qualification and a proven track record in sales
- Highly motivated and target-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships
- Familiarity with MS Office and ability to maintain accurate sales records
