The Opportunity
As a Sales Performance Manager at our client, you will be responsible for driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets. You will identify new sales opportunities and build client relationships, ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implementing performance management actions when needed.
The Job
- Drive sales objectives and achieve commercial budget and targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and build client relationships.
- Build a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
- Ensure proper use of the database and tools to track performance.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Consumer Internet/D2C and Telecommunications industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
