Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets.

About the Role
  • Drive sales objectives and achieve commercial budget and targets by identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.
  • Build a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
  • Ensure timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.
About You
  • You have at least 1 year of experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Consumer Internet/D2C and Telecommunications industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder, highly goal-driven, and work well in fast-paced environments.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders and willing to undertake 30-60% travel.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
