Client Liaison Officer

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication. They will handle front desk operations efficiently and professionally, troubleshoot client issues, and liaise with clients from various sectors to ensure their needs are met with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Manage front desk operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day interactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot client issues, providing quick and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients from various sectors, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
• Assist in managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date.
• Utilize tax knowledge to support clients with related queries and requests.
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or corporate environments, with a focus on front desk operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Tax knowledge is essential for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to start immediately and work efficiently under pressure.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, plus benefits.
