Job Description

As a Client Service Liaison at The Recruitment Council, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a conduit for clients, interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate and resolve client issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a culture of trust.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including coordinating travel, events, and other arrangements.
  • Contribute to the development of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team to ensure branding consistency.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in investment management or stockbroking.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
