Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Client Response Coordinator to join our Client Success team at CV-Library.

As a Client Response Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing your own assigned client accounts and providing exceptional communication and customer service skills to support clients with a proactive and solution-orientated service.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regularly to provide support and assistance with any queries

• Proactively review client accounts to ensure they are utilising all aspects effectively and achieving the best results

• Liaise with clients via phone and email

• Utilise recruitment data to provide clients with individualised feedback on market trends and their account performance

• Provide personalised training sessions for client onboarding and ongoing refreshers

• Collaborate with other departments, including our sales team, to improve client experience and retention

Requirements

Essential:

• Previous customer service experience in a professional, fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of working towards targets or deadlines

• A positive attitude with the ability to have engaging conversations and to communicate with empathy, integrity, and confidence

• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to increase business revenue

• Excellent written or verbal communication skills, with an exceptional telephone manner

• Demonstrable interpersonal skills, including active listening

• Able to multi-task effectively with a high level of attention to detail

• IT literate, including MS office, with the ability to navigate multiple systems competently and with ease

• Education level – minimum Matric Grade 12

Desirable:

• Experience working with the UK or US market
