In this role, you will have the opportunity to stay up-to-date on product features and specifications, as well as promotions, to provide informed responses to customer enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on product features and specifications, as well as promotions, to provide informed responses to customer enquiries.
- Speak, read, and write German fluently.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A competitive salary of R25000 per annum.
- Medical insurance and group cover, which consists of death, disability, and funeral cover.
This role is based in Woodstock, Cape Town, and requires the ability to work a rotational shift basis, Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm (European time).
