Job Summary

This is a full-time role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide accurate information to customers via email and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to stay up-to-date on product features and specifications, as well as promotions, to provide informed responses to customer enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on product features and specifications, as well as promotions, to provide informed responses to customer enquiries.
Requirements
  • Speak, read, and write German fluently.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Location

This role is based in Woodstock, Cape Town, and requires the ability to work a rotational shift basis, Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm (European time).
