About the Role
  • This position involves leading expeditions to various African destinations, ensuring seamless logistics and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • As a Senior Africa Safari Expert, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our safari expeditions, including planning, budgeting, and executing.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Safari Expedition Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for our African safari expeditions, taking into account client preferences, destination requirements, and logistical considerations.
  2. Logistics Management: Oversee the coordination and management of all expedition logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and activity arrangements.
  3. Client Management: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout the expedition.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the expedition team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the tourism industry, specifically selling African safaris.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of African destinations, logistics, and properties.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
