Job Description

  • Ensuring high performance while managing individual and team dynamics.

  • Balancing customer expectations with operational capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in B2C sales management.
  • Proven track record in sales management.
  • Experience in B2C travel sales.
  • Knowledge of African and Indian Ocean Islands tourism.
  • Experience in the luxury/high net worth segment.
  • Consultative sales approach with proven results.
  • HubSpot Sales Hub.
  • Sales CRM pipeline management (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Travel Itinerary Software - Tourplan etc.
  • MS Suite.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum.
