Job Summary:
We require a seasoned sales professional with expertise in Spanish language and culture to craft unique travel experiences tailored to the needs of clients from the Spanish market. As our ideal candidate, you will have extensive knowledge of Southern Africa, East Africa, and Indian Ocean islands, along with proficiency in Google Suite and tour operating software.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for international clients interested in booking tailor-made holidays and safaris on the continent.
* Wow existing and potential clients with first-hand knowledge of African properties and destinations.
* Prepare attractive quotations and itineraries that complement individual client expectations and budgets.
* Effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, including booking hotel rooms, car rentals, lodges, etc., as per customer confirmation.
* Collect client payments and approve supplier invoices for payment.
* Provide customer support before, during, and after travel.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* National Senior Certificate/Matric (Mandatory)
* 2-3 years minimum experience within the tour operator environment
* Previous sales experience
* Fluent in speaking and writing in the Spanish language
* Ability to craft tailor-made experiences based on clients' needs and specific requirements from the Spanish market
* Destination knowledge in Southern Africa, East Africa, Indian Ocean islands
* Proficient in Google Suite
* Working experience of tour operating software (e.g., Globetrack, Kaptio, Tourplan, etc.)
* Ability to influence clients
* Great communication skills
* Understanding of the market's trends and needs
* High level of client centricity

Benefits:
* R25,000 per month gross basic salary
* 4% Commission
