The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts seeks a Guest Relations Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional guest service.

Job Description:

The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for the supervision and control of all guest services and administration of all Guest Service-related tasks. This includes maximising and growing production and utilisation in terms of accommodation revenues, conference revenues and Food and Beverage revenue to achieve forecasts.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and control all guest services
  • Administer Guest Service-related tasks
  • Maximise and grow production and utilisation in terms of accommodation revenues, conference revenues and Food and Beverage revenue
  • General Front Office duties
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Matric qualification and a Hospitality Management Qualification or similar. Previous Guest Relations experience is essential. Relevant Hospitality Management qualification is advantageous.
