We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to executives, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating and managing meetings, events, and travel arrangements

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Personal Assistant
- A diploma in Financial Management or Business Administration
- Strong administrative procedures and systems knowledge
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
