Office Operations Specialist

Pangea Professional Services is seeking an Office Operations Specialist to assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, improving office efficiency, and assisting in project management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and manage travel logistics for executives
- Edit and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Support project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through organized office filing systems and databases
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
- Assist the team in other administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
