This position involves dealing with inbound claims calls, assessing claims, and providing efficient and friendly customer contact. Key responsibilities include processing claims based on policy details, insurer guidelines, and industry best practices.
We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong understanding of travel insurance products and FCA regulations, including Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims efficiently and accurately.
- Provide clear advice on policy coverage and claim decisions.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Detect and escalate potential fraud cases.
- Manage claim recoveries and customer complaints.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in insurance claims.
- Knowledge of travel insurance products and FCA regulations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
