We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong understanding of travel insurance products and FCA regulations, including Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide clear advice on policy coverage and claim decisions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Detect and escalate potential fraud cases.
  • Manage claim recoveries and customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in insurance claims.
  • Knowledge of travel insurance products and FCA regulations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
