This role is part of our Concierge team, responsible for providing top-tier support to our exclusive clients via phone and email. You will also be fulfilling account management requests such as account creations, project access, and new engagement tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by helping clients with their questions on system login, navigation, and task performance.
- Train clients on how to use the system, run searches, exports, and advanced features.
- Fulfill client requests such as account creations, project access, and other related tasks.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- Multilingual skills in English and at least one additional language (French, Spanish, German, Mandarin, Cantonese).
- Digital Intelligence and Digital Literacy skills, including ability to acquire and apply new knowledge and find, evaluate, and communicate information effectively.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, tech support, legal, government, financial, or hospitality roles.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and Mac operating systems.
