About Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher (any discipline)
  • Multilingual in English AND at least one of the following: French / Spanish / German / Mandarin / Cantonese
  • Digital Intelligence – ability to acquire and apply new knowledge related to digital technology
  • Digital Literacy – ability to find, evaluate and clearly communicate information through multiple mediums
  • At least 2-3 years in either customer service, tech support, legal, government, financial, or hospitality roles

They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
