- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product innovations.
- Be proactive in recommending packaging solutions based on client needs, industry standards, and application requirements.
- Proven experience in an internal sale, customer service, or similar role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging products, materials, and industry standards is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales over the phone or via email.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues professionally and effectively.
