  • Sales Support & Lead Generation:
    • Assist the external sales team in identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads.
    • Actively follow up on inbound inquiries, providing information about products, pricing, and services.
    • Prepare and send quotations based on customer needs and specifications.
    • Develop relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Order Processing & Customer Service:
    • Process orders and ensure accuracy of product details, pricing, and delivery information.
    • Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
    • Manage order discrepancies, product issues, or delivery delays and resolve them promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge & Industry Expertise:
    • Develop a strong understanding of the packaging products and services offered by the company.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product innovations.
    • Be proactive in recommending packaging solutions based on client needs, industry standards, and application requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an internal sale, customer service, or similar role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging products, materials, and industry standards is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales over the phone or via email.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues professionally and effectively.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
