Main Tasks
- Enhance LMS functionality for the Business Academy team and stakeholders.
- Assess requests to prioritize and support decision-making processes.
- Perform tasks aligned with daily needs and long-term projects, with regular review and guidance from managers or senior stakeholders.
- Administer LMS reporting in accordance with set timelines, quality, and standards for business understanding and use.
- Analyze system data to communicate insights to stakeholders and leverage PowerBI for visualization.
- Develop and implement system-based solutions to enhance user experience.
- Closely collaborate with the Business Academy team for program tracking and administration.
- Maintain and service LMS with external suppliers.
Required Skills
- Digital learning and systems expertise with 3-5 years' experience or equivalent IT background.
- Proficiency in HRIS, data management, and analysis.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong understanding of LMS functionality, business needs, and potential developments.
- PowerBI experience.
