  • Assess requests to prioritize and support decision-making processes.
  • Perform tasks aligned with daily needs and long-term projects, with regular review and guidance from managers or senior stakeholders.
  • Administer LMS reporting in accordance with set timelines, quality, and standards for business understanding and use.
  • Analyze system data to communicate insights to stakeholders and leverage PowerBI for visualization.
  • Develop and implement system-based solutions to enhance user experience.
  • Closely collaborate with the Business Academy team for program tracking and administration.
  • Maintain and service LMS with external suppliers.

Required Skills

  • Digital learning and systems expertise with 3-5 years' experience or equivalent IT background.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, data management, and analysis.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong understanding of LMS functionality, business needs, and potential developments.
  • PowerBI experience.
