About this opportunity:

Estimated salary: R250 000 - R300 000 per annum

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage guest reservations and ensure accurate check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle transactions efficiently and maintain accurate financial records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to achieve sales targets and improve guest satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained
