Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As the point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our front office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front office team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of service.
  • Coordinate and organize the front office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all front office staff are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control front office budgets and expenses.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office management role in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving front office efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and front office software systems.
