About the Role
Pullman seeks a skilled Senior Front Office Operations Manager to oversee and supervise the operations of our Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, and Night Audit teams. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all front office policies and procedures are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
- VIP Experience Ensure that VIP procedures are being met or exceeded on a daily basis for all guests.
- Guest Arrival, Stay, and Departure Experience Coordinate the arrival, stay, and departure experience for all guests.
- Leadership and Development Lead by example, sustain an environment of respect, integrity, teamwork, empowerment, and positive colleague relations. Develop and maintain standards for the department while adhering to Accor's standards.
- Team Management Provide direction and support to Guest Relations Managers, Front Office supervisory positions, and Ambassadors in their daily tasks relating to their roles.
- Staffing and Scheduling Ensure proper staffing and scheduling of all Front Office Ambassadors in accordance with productivity guidelines.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Bachelor's degree and/or diploma in Hospitality or another related field.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
