Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operational and accounting aspects of the Front Office, including Reservations, Night Audit, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.

Accountabilities:

  1. Manage and control all operational and accounting aspects of the Front Office.
  2. Oversee the efficient operation of Reservations, Night Audit, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Matric
  • Relevant Hospitality diploma or experience
  • Working knowledge of OPERA, OPERA Cloud
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4/5 star hotel setting
  • Familiarity with the duties and procedures of the Front Office Department
