Front Office Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operational and accounting aspects of the Front Office, including Reservations, Night Audit, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
Accountabilities:
- Manage and control all operational and accounting aspects of the Front Office.
- Oversee the efficient operation of Reservations, Night Audit, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Matric
- Relevant Hospitality diploma or experience
- Working knowledge of OPERA, OPERA Cloud
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4/5 star hotel setting
- Familiarity with the duties and procedures of the Front Office Department
The ideal candidate will possess:
