HR Operations Manager

As an HR Operations Manager with Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic position that requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. They will also collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing and resolving conflicts or grievances in a timely manner. Support managers in conducting disciplinary actions, including investigations and hearings.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems, supporting employees and managers in performance improvement plans. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Coordinate employee development programs and training initiatives, tracking and assessing their effectiveness. Support career development and succession planning activities.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with labour laws. Implement and manage company-wide HR policies and programs, keeping updated on employment law changes and advising management on potential impacts.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborate with finance to ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary payments. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pensions, and leave.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and manage employee databases. Generate reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and leave utilization.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, pension plan, and generous leave entitlements.
