Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Supervisor to join our team at Tailormade Solution. As a Call Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our call centre operations in Randburg.
Key Responsibilities:- Rostering and Staff Management: You will be responsible for creating and managing rosters for our call centre agents, ensuring that they are adequately staffed and trained to meet the needs of our clients.
- Disciplinary Procedures: You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing disciplinary procedures to maintain high levels of productivity and performance among our agents.
- Client Relationships: You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of integrity and professionalism in our client relationships, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Initiative and Problem-Solving: You will be responsible for taking initiative and solving problems as they arise, ensuring that our call centre operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Communication and Teamwork: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with our agents, clients, and other stakeholders, and for working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our goals.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (minimum): You must have a minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
- Call Centre Experience: You must have significant experience working in a call centre environment.
- Disciplinary Procedures: You must be well-versed in disciplinary procedures and able to implement them effectively.
- Computer Literacy: You must be computer literate and able to use a range of software applications.
- Criminally Clear: You must be criminally clear and able to work in a role that requires a high level of integrity.
