Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Capital Recruit. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the aluminum extrusion industry.
Key Responsibilities:Client Development and Sales Growth:
- Develop and articulate a compelling value proposition for our clients.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Build credibility and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
Recruitment and Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular sales pipeline reviews and implement strategies for lead conversion.
Administrative and Operational Excellence:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer relationship management system.
- Streamline sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales management.
- Ambitious builder and doer with strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
