Regional Sales Business Developer

At CDI HR Consulting, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Cape region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning sales and customer service, and who thrives in a dynamic environment.
The role of a Sales Representative involves building profitable sales by selling the Company's products to new and existing customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face visits.
This role requires someone who is self-motivated, dynamic, and able to demonstrate a methodical and organized approach to work. You should be able to plan, organize, and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines and have strong presentation skills.
We offer a competitive CTC Package structure of R23,500 per month excluding commission. This includes:
- Basic Salary
- Travel Allowance
- Petrol Card
- Cell Allowance
- Company iPad supplied
- Commission Structure – Quarterly and Yearly
In addition to the CTC package, you will also receive benefits such as:
- Able to commute independently with a valid license
- Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
You will be reporting to the National Sales Manager at Head Office and will be working closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of teamwork and communication.
