Job Description

Role Overview: As a highly skilled Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within a designated geographic area. This strategic position involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, taking into account market trends and company objectives to promote and market divisional products and services effectively.

Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

New Business Opportunities: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the designated area to drive revenue growth.

Performance Metrics: Ensure achievement of sales targets inline with budget requirements by selling divisional products to customers and growing the market share continuously.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective administrative systems for equipment sales.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or relevant field
  • 3 - 5 years Material Handling Experience

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
