Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Development Manager to join our team at Emporium Human Capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies to drive business growth within the pharmaceutical industry.

Salary: R 780,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth;
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers;
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion;
- Oversee day-to-day commercial activities of client business relationships;
- Ensure compliance with contracts and agreements;
- Drive business growth, improve commercial execution, and manage expenditure within trade spend budgets.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales;
- 3 years of experience in sales/key account management;
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and analyzing market trends;
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills;
