Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Prostaff Holdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing senior client portfolios, developing strong relationships with key clients, and identifying business growth opportunities.
About the Role- Manage and maintain all senior client portfolios and business projects on a national basis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the meat and food processing as well as packaging sector.
- Identify client needs and recommend equipment solutions tailored to optimize their production and packaging operations.
- Conduct regular account reviews, provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- A tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience working in a senior key accounts management or related role within the meat or food, or packaging equipment industry is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets.
A competitive salary package, including benefits, which is highly negotiable depending on experience gained. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $120,000-$150,000 AUD, based on national averages and industry standards.
