Key Accounts Liaison

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Manager to join our team at AJ Personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to unlock new sales opportunities
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to optimize performance
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Train and support the sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in sales with at least 5 years in key account management or sales management
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferable
