Business Operations Management Position

We are looking for a skilled Business Operations Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in managing and improving the daily operations of our organization.

This key role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of business processes, handling various administrative and operational tasks, and facilitating efficient workflows.

  • Manage daily tasks to ensure minimal disruptions and optimal service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for effective problem-solving.
  • Maintain detailed documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements by suggesting enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and apply billing and finance concepts
  • Analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
  • Proficiency in finance systems
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Independence and self-motivation

Estimated Salary: R 52,000 - R 72,000 per annum

Education Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate/ Matric/ N3
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Degree or Diploma in a related field
    • ITIL Foundation certification
    • Customer service skills
