Administrative Operations Specialist

iOCO Infrastructure Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Administrator to manage and improve the daily operations of our organization. This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of business processes, handling administrative and operational tasks, and facilitating efficient workflows.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of billing and finance, troubleshooting skills, knowledge of finance systems, and experience managing a small team. A positive attitude, excellent telephone etiquette, and good work ethic are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day tasks to ensure reliability, availability, and serviceability with minimal interruption.
- Work closely with internal and external teams for problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate/Matric/N3 qualification or equivalent.
- Preferred qualifications: degree or diploma in a related discipline, ITIL Foundation certification, and customer support soft skills.
Salary Range
R400,000 - R600,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
Location
This role is based in Midrand and requires occasional travel to client sites.
