As a key member of our Operations team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Process Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Service Management Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for process improvement. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, efficient service delivery, and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Business Process Manager, including process management, service management review coordination, and escalation handling.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain and organize all essential SMO documentation, including policies, procedures, service reports, and client interaction records.
  • Client Reporting Support: Assist in verifying the compiling and formatting of client service reports, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
